although mine and hubbys passports are nearly outof date can i still use the info on them for the esta forms ?
have everyones elses details so want to fill in the forms .

Will you be using those passports to travel with when you go? If not, then wait till you get the new passports, then your ESTA should be valid for two straight years (although some have reported issue with this).

If you will be using them, then go ahead. All that will happen is you ESTA will only be valid until your passport runs out, rather than two years.

I have to get a new passport this year It will go back to having a red back rather than a white one because of all the security stickers!!!

they will both run out just before we go so have to get them renewed anyway so will wait until then .....thanks for the reply .
