ESTA Payment Status Help

So ive just done my ESTA and it went through fine, but then i went to mums and its come up with this
Your payment status could not be determined at this time. Please check back later for your payment status

Twice ive tried, by the looks of it ive been charged twice but my bank statement doesnt show the details yet.
The thing is, when i go to track my status it just comes up with Payment required. Im confused now, i have emailed the website but obviously no reply.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so was it resolved?
Getting worried now, don't leave till September but if ive been charged twice i wont be happy.

The exact same thing happened to me. First, deep breath and calm......

The system is really slow to catch up with itself. Completely log out, try again in about half an hour...

Post again if that doesn't help and some clever techie will no doubt help!

I have tried paying twice. After processing it came up with "Your payment status could not be determined at this time. Please check back later for your payment status" but when I log out then go to check status it says I need to pay YET the money has been taken out of my account. I emailed tech, she acted like I was dumb and instructed me how to pay. Even though I already did twice.

Breath and relax lol I'm sure I'll get it sorted
