Esta / I-94W Help?

We're flying from East Midlands airport. I'm just about ready to apply for our esta's, but I'm not sure what to write for (City Where You Boarded). Is it EMA, East Midlands or Nottingham? I want it to match our I-94W FORM.

If I remember rightly I put the airport code MAN when we travel being Manchester and this I am sure is what you are prompted to do, so EMA should be fine.

I always write London regardless of if we fly out of Gatwick or Heathrow.

I've just looked on airport web site. It's listed as Nottingham, Leicester and Derby East Midlands Airport. I'm spoilt for choice now.

hooraaa I've done my esta's, all 7 of them. No problem, used EMA. All set to go and just noticed this is my 100th post. Thanks for the help.
