Yes. It is on the Dining Plan but you cannot make ADR's for it.

It is but I am not sure it is a place I would burn a TS. To me it is more a place for pub grub not 'dinner'. We love it but usually only eat apps. Plus you can't make an ADR so it is very hard to get into on game day. I do recommend going tho!
