Espn Cafe

It's loads of fun. Especially when a team you like is playing a big game. We've gone when the Penquins were in the playoffs and there would be other fans there, some for the Pens, others for the other team. The whole placed rocked when the Pens won!!! The food is good too, typical burger stuff if I remember correctly. Maybe allears has a menu.

We stay at the BWV everytime we go, so we always vistit ESPN...the place is full of sport memorabilia...there are tv screens everywhere (even above the urinals)...and they often have contests and trivia games...
if there is a big game on, the place will be rocking...we went for the Super Bowl a few years ago and it was crazy...
It's also open late, so it's a good place to hang out after all the parks close...The food is mostly burgers and stuff, although they do have a few entrees, and it's always been good...
I am sure he will enjoy it...

Great. Sounds fun. the philadelphia Eagles opening game will be on when we go.....so that should be fun!! Thanks for the input

if there is a big game expect to wait...we've been a few times during football season and there was always a line. :)

It's waaaaay more than your average sports bar. Better food, better people, and more TV'S!!!!!!!!

Now I will say it is also priced higher, but what else would you expect...lol.

we were at BW from 6-19 thru 6-23rd. many nights and early evening there was a line out the door.

bar is good...I wasn't crazy about the food, sit at bar and have appy's
except the chicken wings

I think ESPN Club is much better than the average sports bar. The theming is fun, the service is good, and I love the grilled portobello sandwich. After eating there for the first time in December, I couldn't wait to eat there again in May. The sandwich was as good as I remembered, so I ate there twice that trip. :)

We will be eating here again this year. DH and DS (9) love the sports memorabilia and the arcade. Being the only female in the family, I love the desserts and the gift shop! princess: pirate: :earboy2:

My DH absolutely loved the ESPN club. This was the highlight of his trip a few years ago, and now when I talk about going back, he says "Well, we have to go to the ESPN place....." of course. :earboy2:

we ate here during our june trip. i really didn't want to go,but dh did so i gave in.have to say the food was really good. i had one of the best salads i ever had it was the buffalo chicken salad. we all enjoyed our meal.

I've eaten here two or three times, and the food is pretty good. And many sports on many TVs can be a good thing (hey, I'm a sportswriter/editor ... call the sports obsession an occupational hazard). Just keep in mind that the conversation may likely be at a minimum -- it tends to get a bit LOUD! there. :listen:
Good luck,

We love ESPN Club. I highly recommend the nacho fries from the appetizer menu. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!! When we were there they had a player from the NY Jets and did a little interview with him and the audience could ask questions. Afterwards we walked right up to him and got his autograph and picture. While talking to him we found out he used to play for our former arena league football team in Iowa. I got the impression they had interviews like this often. A few days after we left one of the Raiders was suppose to be there. DH is a Raiders fan. We will always go to ESPN Club for meals.
