I wish they would put up a little more info about the race. Such as the course and packet pick-up. I thought they were just waiting until marathon weekend was over, but there is still nothing. Come on Disney

I've read the course is in Hollywood Studios, starts in the parking lot, goes through the park and back out to the parking lot. Packet p/u is the day before from 4-8pm at WWoS or day of before the race at the start line. I am on the way out the door but I will post the link to all of this later on.

I went and looked at the endurance website after I wrote that and sure enough, the info I wanted is up there now. (guess I should've asked sooner )

Glad you were able to find it. I agree that there has not been much buzz over this race, kinda like a last minute addition. Hopefully it will be a great race anyways and not very crowded. Of course I just want the bling that goes with it!!! I posted a picture of the medal in another thread about 1/2 way down this page. I saw it at the marathon expo.

I'm not sure if I count as a Wisher. I'm more of a lurker.

I'm going to WDW for the Princess weekend and I got this crazy idea over the weekend of making it a really long trip and doing the ESPN 5k too. I don't know... With the buy 4 get 3 free, it's not too much more expensive. But I feel like in this economy I should be saving not spending. Plus I'd have to take 7 days off work instead of just 4. Eek! I'm so torn! I guess I'll have to make a decision this week because the dates are coming up really quickly.

I just registered! I'm excited about getting another medal. Do you think they'll have commemorative pins? I couldn't find anything on the website, but I'm hoping they'll be available for purchase during packet pick-up.

I'm registered! Question though, as this is my 1st Disney run: Now my daughter wants to participate as well. Assuming the event isn't filled, will they allow me to register someone else either Friday or Saturday morning when I pick my package up?
