ESPN 5K medal picture

Saw this at the marathon expo and wanted to share incase anyone is on the fence. I'll be signing up this week.

Asked about the Princess medal and was told they are still working on it.

we're thinking about doing the ESPN 5K and pop in to Daytona Bike Week for a day/night. I can't find any info on this one in Disneyrunning.com. Do you have any details to share?

Hey Suzanne! Thanks for sharing the ESPN medal photo. Someone must have been standing in the way when I was there because I didn't see it and figured they didn't have one yet. I won't be going but it looks like a great medal and hope you all have a blast that weekend!!!! Will be here cheering you on in spirit

See? It was that display at the Expo that cheesed me. Other WDW 5K finishers get metal medals, but the Circle of Life 5K on marathon weekend got a rubber medal that one of my fellow participants described as a "drink coaster".

You can't do Bike Week only for a day. It takes several days to get the full feel....and enough beer to say you have been to Bike Week.
