I was just reading the dinner menu for Yachtsman Steakhouse on the WDW website and noticed escargot as an appetizer. My parents and I adore escargot, our favorites being the escargot en brioche from the Food & Wine Festival. Has anyone had these? I'm curious as to how the puff pastry comes in to play. Thanks!
