Escape wedding questions

Hi everyone,

We're in the early stages but leaning towards an escape wedding.

I have a couple of questions with regards to the music and floral.

Is it possible to combine flowers from the different floral option, e.g. Calla lilies and roses? Would this attract an extra charge?

Is there a definitive list of songs that the violinist will play? Can you request others?

Our music taste can be a little off beat, as long as we can provide sheet music, are we able to get this to the violinist and have it played?

I can't help much with the flower question, other than that I was an escape bride and was able to get Gerber Daisies at no additional cost.

The violinist can play any song you request and if they do not already have the sheet music you will be required to provide them with that.

I don't see why you couldn't combine two different floral for no charge, but not 100% sure... Disney floral is pretty expensive.. But if the flowers are the kinds included in the escape package (which the calla lilies and roses are) I really don't see why you couldn't.. But it may be charged.. I looked through my papers and couldn't find anything about combining... Hopefully someone can provide better insight regarding this =)

As for the music, there is a list you can choose from, but if it's not on the list, just make sure the violinist has the sheet music & there wouldn't be a problem at all!

Below are some pictures of my bouquet. I had calla lilies, roses and delphinium for our Escape wedding. There was no extra charge for anything except the crystals and hidden Mickeys. However, I did ask for a smaller bouquet because I am small.

The Disney violinist is brilliant. My MIL asked him to play Congratulations by Cliff Richard (she's a huge fan) and he said he didn't know it. My FIL hummed it to him and then he played it.

we had a violinist and he went around to my family and they were requesting songs and he was able to play them. Actually my pic on here is of our dance and the violinist in the back. He was super great!!!

My family was requesting songs too. I don't remember what - though I'm wanting to say someone got him to do "Inna Gadda DaVida"? It was something really off-beat like that.

He was great - he played anything they requested. We provided sheet music, and he did "I Can't Help Falling in Love" for our dance, "Peg O' My Heart" (an old Irish love song - a thing between me and my dad) for my dance with dad... and right now, I'm forgetting what we picked for DH and his mom.

I was a little skeptical about having just a violin at first.... but I'm SO glad we did.

I'm glad to know that people have had positive experiences with the violinist. I was so worried that we were going to be super-restricted in terms of what we could pick.
