Escape to Neverland - A new Tagliarchy adventure!!

WELCOME TO NEVERLAND!!!​

Our good friend Peter Pan

, has invited us all for an extended stay on this wonderful island . When you are on Neverland, people may cease to age; therefore, Neverland is often seen as a metaphor for eternal childhood, immortality, and escapism.

While we are visiting Neverland, Peter has requested that we, TAGLIKINS, use our many special talents, along with our artifacts, to continue making the island a beautiful place to be. When checking into the island, please state your name, your tag color, and your icon for the record - thanks!!!

For any new DISers visiting this thread, this is what we are all about......

The TAGLIARCHY...close friends acolytes to the omnipresent TAG FAIRIES The
TAGLIARCHYsuper gifts (a decoder ring, wand, and slide whistle) the TAGLIARCHY sing the praises of the TAG FAIRIES
and do the Mexican Tag Dance in hopes of bringing Tagnimonious joy to all those wishing to be tagged!

So come...we invite you...

Action...adventure...romance (ok so really there isn't much romance) ...all are available here with the TAGLIARCHY.

I've done some research on Neverland, and it appears that we going to love our stay. We can hang out at Mermaid Lagoon, and swim with the mermaids. We can climb Neverpeak Mountain, where we will have a view of the entire of island. We can also play with the indians, and the Lost Boys. But while we are there, keep an eye out for Captain Hook and the rest of the pirates on The Jolly Roger - they will want to ruin our fun!!!!

There is a welcome party when we get to the island, so bring your swimsuits, and a hearty appetite, especially for chocolate. From what I was told, there will be chocolate flowing as far as the eye can see. I'm going to raid the TAGLIARCHY vault for a couple of Mars bars, as a offering to
The TAG FAIRY in hopes he/she will join us.

Our special guest star for today is Tinkerbell

She is going to sprinkle us with her pixie dust, so we can have the ability to fly to Neverland.

It just started snowing here about an hour ago, and it's coming down pretty heavy at times.

Isn't it funny how we live so close to each other, but the weather can be incredibly different. The news put us in the 3"-6" catagory, and I hope it stays that way - heck, I hope it's less!!!!

So nice to see old AND new faces here in the TAGLIARCHY. I know I haven't been around much lately. I could never have imagined how busy a 3 year old and a 9 month old (well come Sunday) would keep me. Whenever I want to sit down at the computer someone needs my attention. And when I do have the time to DIS I'm too zonked to even read much less think and respond. But right now I actually have both kids down for a nap, or playing quietly in another room.

geffric, OF was just asking if you've been around lately. I think he was trying to call you or something.

Well guess what we have happening at school on Tuesday? Yes, the inspectors are back for the day! Then we are having another 2 day visit in about 6 weeks time. Oh well! Plus the inspectors are in at Petes school on Tuesday too! I think we will need a bottle of wine chilled in the fridge for Tuesday evening!! I'm looking forward to Friday though as I am taking my class on a field trip to the London science museum. It is one of my favourite London museums and I have taken kids there before so I know we will have a great day. Most of my class have never been to London before (even though it is only 2 hours away) so they are very excited about it!!

Oh well, I think I will head off and expolre the island for a while.
