Error on Disney Cruise Website?

I keep trying to log in to my planning center (and have been for a week) and keep getting a "Apache Tomcat" error. Anyone else getting this? I know it is not my computer because I am on my Mac laptop. I tried from my husband's Dell laptop and get the same error. Any other website works just fine...it is only this error with Disney. I want to log in to make payments and see what else there is to do....I just can't get to anything on their site. Any tips?

The website has been acting funky all week, as many people have reported here.....some say to try to clear your cookies and then try again. Good luck. Also, I am going to change the name of your thread to Cruise "Website" since I thought (and am sure others will to, that you meant errors on this board).

I just logged in, retrieved my reservation, and succesfully made a payment without any problems!

Its been acting funky for me for more than a month. I can only retrieve my reservation on my laptop using the firefox browser. On my home computer I have AOL as my primary browser and Explorer as secondary and cannot pull up my reservations on the DCL website, or the Disney Passholder website...

I've been getting the apache tomcat error for months now. I can't retrieve my reservation to reserve our cruise activities, and we're paid in full. I've tried on our home, work, and public library computers, IE and Firefox. Nothing works. I called Disney and they say it's on my end - which is not true. This will be our 1st Disney cruise, and already we are not satisfied. Can we still make port activities and dining when we board the ship, or will it be too late? Our cruise is in Sept.

Here's what happens to me sometimes when I try logging in with Safari on my MacBook..I get an "unable to open this website" message..but when I switch to Firefox on the same computer Iam in.. it is so strange The DCL website can def be wonky.

Knock on wood, I have not had a problem with the website at all, when others post they are having problems I go to the website and try and log in and I am sucessful. I don't know what the problem is but if some people can use it and some can't I don't see how that it is an issue on DCL's end. If it makes a difference I use internet expolorer and not the newest version either.

This should indicate a server side error which only a DCL web admin can resolve. Does it give you a specific error code along with the error message?

Do you have a travel agent? If you do, maybe you can get them to book your activities?

Yes! Glad i am not the only nut. I can access the website on Explorer but not on Firefox. Get an error 'down for maintenance.' I have cleared cookies and rebooted several times. Thisproblem has been for about a week. I emailed and called IT for DCL and the response was it was my error! How can that be? It worked just fine till they took the board down for maintenance and hasn't since. After 4 emails and 2 phone calls I give up. I load Explorer and use it. Funny because DCL is the ONLY website I get this. I can access disney.go.com with no problem, i can access the DVC website - just not the cruiseline.

I've had the same problem. Tech support had me create a new account using a different email address and password. For some reason this solved the problem.
