Has anyone received this code when trying to retrieve your reservation when on the ADR page? E02020305001

I am not due to make my reservations yet but wanted to see how it was all set up. When I click retrieve reservation I enter my info, but this is what comes up. Is that because I am not due to make my ADRs?

I am trying to make sure everything goes smoothly that morning. I did book through the DVC if that matters.

Thanks for the help!

Is your reservation for a Candlelight Processional meal? If so, it seems that those ressies are not online, and that is the error message I get when I try to get my CP reservation to pull up online.

This particular error seems to be a recent epidemic, and I have not seen an explanation of what is causing it. It's not related to the fact that your dining "window" is not yet open. (My reservation is also a DVC reservation, so that's not the cause either.)

I was able to pull up my January reservation until just recently. But for the last few days, it doesn't matter what computer I'm on, what operating system I'm using, or which browser I have up - every time I try to retrieve my resort reservation I get the "E02" error. (And it always seems to be the same number for everyone - it isn't unique to the person.)

In my case, it doesn't make much difference, since my 90-day mark just happens to fall on the magical date of 10/27. But if your date falls sooner than that, I can't offer much insight - just hope that the problem clears up soon.

I get that error message all the time..INCLUDING when I was within my 90+10 date range.I had issues since 9/14 with that stupid error code and online dining.Disney IT support has no idea why it does that

Back when I was making my ADRs for the first week in Nov I got that code. It meant that the entire booking system was down. Even CM's on the phone system couldn't book anything at the time. The system-wide crash had to do with the fact that it was the end of the month and they were uploading the next available month's information into the system.

You could probably search for the thread we had going at the time about Nov ADR's and read all about the horror that was our ADR experience. :scared1:

If you're trying to book for the very beginning of a month, all I can say is good luck, and I hope your experience is much less stressful than mine. And don't even get me going on the Fantasmic Package booking.

But at least everything did eventually work out and we got everything we wanted. So I guess I really shouldn't complain.

I so appreciate everyone posting their experience with the dreaded red "E..." code error :headache:

I also have been trying different browsers, clearing cookies, etc etc - only one time have I been able to pull up my reservation! Just a few more days till I can make my Jan reservations - I was excited about being able to do them online early - now it just makes me frustrated!!

I keep getting the error code E02020217100 every time I try to to pull up my ADRs online that I booked over the phone. I am not having trouble pulling up the ones I made online. I called Tech Support yesterday and basically was told by the CM that it is just the system. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. She couldn't tell me much more than that, so I guess even they are stumped.

I posted about this yesterday on the planning thread and it got moved to the resorts thread. I'm outside of my 90 day window and will actually be able to book on Oct. 27 when it switches to the 180 day window. I called Tech Support yesterday too and the woman told me that there was no way to retrieve a reservation until you were in the 90 day (soon to be 180 day) window. She assured me that it will definitely work on Oct. 27th. I told her I had my doubts and didn't want to be finding out at 6:00 a.m. when I'm trying to make reservations with the rest of the universe that suddenly I can't retrieve my reservation on that day. Obviously even tech support has no clue what's going on. I think I'll be calling for my dining reservations....

I just booked at 90+10 this am (3 am to be exact). It did work for me. However, just about everyday for the last month I put my reservation # in to make sure it was still working. Most of the time it worked, but sometimes I did get the E message. I was definitely able to retrieve the reservation before the 90 day mark. But could not make ADR's until today.

You definitely can retrieve your reservation before your 90 day window. I was able to, as were many others. It may not always work, but that's a technical problem. Even if you're outside the 90 days, as long the system is working it will confirm that you have a reservation if you enter the information on the restaurant reservation page.

I retrieved my reservation before 90 days to practice, and it worked. I just couldn't book anything.

Also, many have reported (including me) that you can book at 3:00 am. I noticed you wrote 6:00 am and I wanted to make sure you knew you probably can get in earlier. Disney CMs still say 6:00 for online, but DISers know better.

Hey thanks for the tip about 3:00 a.m....looks like I'll be setting my alarm clock! I tried again after my last post, which was about the 20th time I've tried over the past week and FINALLY was able to retrieve my reservation. That makes me feel a LOT better.

I have gotten that error code 9 out of 10 times over the last month as I tried to get familiar with the system. I originally only had a confirmation number with letters and numbers--it was an 8 character code. Someone on DIS told me I needed a 12 digit confirmation with ONLY numbers. I called Disney and it took a while, but a manager finally gave me my code--he said Disney has a few different numbers linked to your reservations (I had booked through AAA). It worked the first time I entered it, and then not again--kept getting the error code AGAIN.

Again on DIS someone said to be sure that you clear your cookies right before logging on. I finally tried that and it worked a few times, but sometimes not. Luck must have been with me because I logged on to actually make the res a few nights ago and originally the error came up, but I cleared the cookies, restarted the computer, and it worked! Just keep trying or just call at 7am est--but try clearing the cookies and restarting the computer.

Good luck!

SO GLAD I read this thread! I called Disney twice about this issue today, and they acted like I was NUTS. My 90 day window opens tomorrow. I was worried because my iteniary says I arrive on the 29th (i arrive the 30th) AND it says I am staying off site. I am onsite, at BLT (cash reservation not points). I could not get the information corrected, even though I went thru many screens to try and do so. They said they could not fix it over the phone either.

I expect NOT to be able to get the 90 + 10 to work, which makes me worried because we are going over New Years. (resort will be packed).

Thanks for the 3 am tip, and the clearing cookies thing.

If I try to pull up ADR's I called in and ADR's online at the same time I get the code. If I do them by themselves, no error code.

At least I know I am not alone. I am just worried it won't work when it comes time for me to make reservations. 10/27 will be a crazy day for ADRs, and I have to make them for President's week, when the parks will be packed.

My booking day was Monday and I also got the error message. Could not get rid of it no matter what I did. At 7am I called the Diining Reservation number and was able to get everything I wanted at the times I wanted (though we weren't trying for Le Cellier or any character meals) so it worked out.
