We were spending the day in EPCOT, and while walking to his seat for "Food Rocks" my DS tripped, fell, and landed smack on his Buzz Lightyear Pin Lanyard. He was fine, no pins were lost, but he did break off the little metal wings that were attached to the badge. He really liked the wings.
A few hours later, we are walking World Showcase, and I see the pin cart, I figured I would see if they still sold this lanyard, and buy him a new one. I asked Erin about it, and told her what happened, she immediately opened the package (It was a pin trading starter kit, lanyard, 4 pins) and told me to take DS's pins off the old lanyard and put them on the new one. I started to take the pins off the new one, and she said 'Oh no, he will have more duplicates to trade away'.
It was such a nice gesture, and made Ian so happy!!

*****Update: got a call at home on the machine from WDW saying they got my letter, thanking me for my kind words, and assuring me they will share it with Erin and her Manager!!!!
