Sure, I write the long-winded report, and I discovered I still forgot a couple of things. The first thing I forgot, which someone reminded me of, was the weddings. On Friday afternoon there were 2 weddings in the pavillion outside our balcony! The first was when we were getting ready for the pool. I got ready very slowly and sent the family out ahead of me so I could enjoy the music. They even released doves! I left the balcony door open so I could enjoy the violin player when I was getting ready. He played all wonderful Disney songs, When You Wish Upon a Star, Someday My Prince Will Come, So This is Love, etc. It was so beautiful, so you know what that means, more tears from me LOL. The other wedding was after we came back from the pool, right before it started raining again. Neither wedding had characters appear, but both cakes had Mickey and Minnie on top. They were gorgeous.
The other thing I forgot to mention was Captain Kyle. He was our captain on one of our boat trips back from MGM. I swear this guy must moonlight at a comedy club somewhere, he had us rolling in the aisles! He mentioned we would be going top speed to the Dolphin, when a kid (who was terribly rude and obnoxious on the entire ride) said this is top speed?. To which, Kyle replies, you might think this boat cant go any slower .(brings the boat to an abrupt crawl), but it can ROFL!!! He also made comments about the people walking back to the Boardwalk going faster than us. He told us to relax, as this is a 3 hour tour LOL. When we arrived at the Dolphin he said the adults exit is to the right front of the boat, and the kids exit to the left (if you havent ridden a friendship boat, there are no doors to the left, the dock is on the right), and that parents should gather their belongings, including small children, or they would be sold at the weekly yard sale. There you can buy back your kids or get some new ones you like better LOL. When we loaded new people at the Dolphin, he asked the first people if they had their boat ticket. He told them they should have purchased them in the lobby! These poor people, they were looking in pockets and purses, one woman even got out her checkbook. When we approached the YC, he said to hang on, as the last boat he docked here was off to the right (meaning the shipwreck which is the Stormalong Bay waterslide LOL). He also said see the guy in the red hat on the dock?, I think hell be our next victim. I tell ya, I almost rode all the way to the Boardwalk so I could hear more of him. He also did some killer character impressions, Goofy, Mickey and Donald.
Now I think thats everything, Ill try to make this my last post LOL.
