it's not like they need it to go in to repair the pool because there SHOULD be no fish at all in the pool. But there it sits right beside the pool. So I would be careful in the water.

At typhoon Lagoon, It's the same pool with the submarine and you get the chance to swim across but there is animals and small sharks in the water at Typhoon Lagoon! It's very very fun!! I dont know if this has changed since i was there in 2004.

I remember that! I went in this pool at TL when I was very young with my dad. As soon as I saw I was swimming with sharks, I went into full panic mode. (I was/am terrified of sharks!) Being little, I didn't know the sharks wouldn't hurt me lol. I grabbed onto my dad and a lifegaurd saw me crying and acting like a complete idiot and took me to the edge of the pool where I got out lol.

So I would second Cat_Herder's advice!!

We swam with the sharks at TL. It was a once in a lifetime expierence for us. My son was little and he wanted to swim with the sharks. But, once in the pool with them he too went into full panic mode.

I also swam with the sharks. I was about 10 or so. My snorkel didn't work (or I didn't know how to use it) well anyways I was scared to death not to mention freezing! I haven't been on that since.

The thing about swimming wiht the sharks is they stay at the bottom of the tank, so you really don't have anything to worry about. Plus they keep the water cooler for them, which feels nice when it's broiling outside!

I was in the pool the other day and I saw a few people randomly disappearing from the water. After the first few had gone with no good-bye of any kind, I didn't think anything of it...

But then it happened more and more and I started to see a pattern...I started to realize why the cage was there but for some reason, being on land...it did nothing to save the people! The cage...*sigh* was pointless being there and I had to watch the vanishing of several people -- some say they dc or got back in line -- but I know what really happened...dumbo sharks...
