Equivalent perks to Magic Your Way when staying with points?

I'm not a DVC member (yet...) but I'm considering renting points for an upcoming trip. I'd like to know what, if any, perks you get for checking in to a resort using points. With Magic Your Way, I know I'd make use of the 10% off watersports and splitsville, free minigolf, and maybe the spa discount. Will I get these same benefits when staying under DVC points, but not a DVC member?

If you have an annual pass you will get discounts but renting points does not give you the discounts. You have to be with a member as you have to show your DVC membership card.

No, the Magic Your Way perks are part of a package offered by DRC. DVC is "room only".

You will be entitled to the perks offered to those staying on site in "room only", though. Those would include things like EMH, Magical Express, package delivery, free parking at the theme parks, FP+ selection at 60 days, ADRs at 180+10, etc. AFAIK, there are no discounts included in the "room only" category.

Once you are a member, you will be entitled to the DVC perks & discounts. Those include discounts on water park admission and various discounts on meals, recreation & merchandise. My favorite continues to be the significant discount on annual passes.
