Even though I don't agree that DCL owes any passengers anything other than transportation to the port, I do agree with Rae that if DCL is going to be generous with some passengers it should be the same for all. I would probably speak to a customer service manager after this mixed up week has passed and see if you can provide proof as to what was offered to other passengers. If you can , I would think they would offer the same to you. Perhaps, there was a mix up with the particular agent you were speaking to. I certainly know that in this business I never take the first response as a rule, often you have to go for 2 out of 3!
