epower ??

anyone have any insight on how to cancel epower?

You know this one was weird. I used my Simon GiftAccount for this one...it did the initial charge, but when it came down to it, it got reversed and I still got credit on CD for it.

I still called to cancel it and of course their office is always closed. So I e-mailed support@epowerandprofits.com to cancel my account and I got confirmation from them within a day.

Where did you find their phone number? I am having a really hard time trying to cancel. Have emailed but no reply.

I had 1-888-902-8600 but I was able to get a cancellation response via e-mail within like 24 hours.

I am sooo frustrated with epower! I can't get thru via phone, the website they say to cancel on vipauctionservices.com will not come up. I've emailed twice. I even tried a live chat on the trial page and she wouldn't help either.
I definately will not do anymore trials with ebay again.

The good news is, they did credit me rather promptly.

Any insight would be helpful.

I have had a weird time w/them also! I used my simon card, the charge was reversed, I still got credit. Next thing you know the charge is back. I have emailed and called, nothing. My only consolation is, well actually two, I got credit and there is only about $6 left on the simon card

I've been lucky, this is the only bad one I've had so far. I am happy to be using a CC that is limited for cases just like this!

I cant get the site to load to cancel either. very annoying!
