Is anyone else waiting for a GC from Epoll? I redeemed for a $10 Home Depot on March 13 and I still have not received it!
I sent them yet another email this morning and got this canned response AGAIN!

Yes, I am still waiting for a GC from epoll (actually 2 of them). I tried emailing and that's the answer that I have gotten. I have just about given up on rewards progras, I am still waiting on a GC from Blink too. It's very frusterating!

I have been waiting since January. All three times that I sent them emails, I got the same exact response as you posted.

The 4th msg said that they sent my award 5/23. Well, guess what did not get it. Sent them another email this weekend, attaching all of their replies, and they said they are almost caught up and will mail mine asap. I felt like sending them an email back and saying : See your reponse to my email #4. you said you sent it. Now which time are you lying...

This was the first time I had cashed out with them. It was only for a $5 award. Not a very good track record - with me at least.

It took me almost 6 months to get my first gc one from them, but the 2nd one only took about 8 weeks. Don't give up hope, they are one of the few I've been able to cash out on lately!
