I have personally rented from 4 different car rental places in Orlando while there on vacation over the years. I have had some great experiences and some very bad, make you shudder ones also.
Epinons.com is a great site where people write their reviews of car rental companies and their experiences. They are pretty much on the money with my opinion of the different companies ratings. I was not surprised at any I read.
Its a good site if you are concerned about folks experiences..just an FYI. Its also a good site to check out airline opinions too.
