Epic with Express and strategy for BotM

What is the current best strategy for doing Epic with Express and getting on BotM and Donkey Kong since they are not on Express. I will be there late June, so with summer crowds, I anticipate it to be pretty busy. We will be there on Thursday (not sure if that helps).

A few months ago both of those rides were added to Express. The only ride not on Express now is Dragon Racers Rally.
