what is there for us to do. i know honey i shrunk . what else any really good ? kidcott stops were good also please share :cheer2:

1. Innoventions. My kids (3 and 6) both liked it a lot.
2. If warm-water fountain play area between WS and front part of Epcot.
3. Living Seas area.

Get the schedule for when each of the demonstrations is occurring at each WS country (e.g. candy making in Japan, acrobats in China) and work some of those into your schedule. My little ones always liked those. Also, try Spaceship Earth. My 4y/o could have ridden that all day! :confused3

We like The Land pavilion. I think they have something where kids can make cookies at a certain time.

During the evening hours, don't miss the lights in the pavements in Future World.

Universe of Energy

Journey into Imagination (drives me nuts but the kids love it) and the What If Labs in the exit area

Test Track and Mission Space (My nearly 6 yo ds has been riding TT since he was 4 yo and MS since he was 5 1/2.)

Soarin' (again, my nearly 6 yo ds is tall enough for this and loves it)

Living with the Land

El Rio del tiempo (I hate it, but the kids love it...of course.)

Maelstrom (scary for some)

We were just there with our 2 & 5 year old boys. I have to say Epcot wasn't their favorite park. I have my flame suit on, but we really didn't think there was a lot for them to do. I have to admit we didn't tour the Worlds though. They did like Turtle Talk, and the 5 y/o loved Soarin' (2 y/o too short). Journey to Imagination was broken when we went so they didn't get to ride that..........Maybe because I have wild boys that want action all the time ;) ......Epcot just wasn't their thing.

If your children are into characters, Epcot is great for that. There is a character greet near Innoventions. That had Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Chip and Dale when we were there. When we went outside, Donald, Mary Poppins, Smee, Captain Hook and Baloo were there. We saw the Pooh characters in the English toy shop, and Belle and Aurora were in France, in the garden.

The time before last, there was a character bus that came to different locations at specific times. There was hardly anyone in line. It was much less crowded and more manageable than MK character greets.

As for rides, my youngest (4) loved Imagination and liked Spaceship Earth and the Mexico ride. She didn't like Soarin and HATED Test Track. DS (6) loved Soarin and said he liked TT but didn't want to go on it again.

My kids (3 & 5) LOVED Epcot both of our family trips (first time when 2 & 4.) They really enjoyed the aquariums and Turtle Talk at the Living Seas, Soarin' (if tall enough) and Living With the Land in the Land bldg, the Imagination ride and "playground" afterward, the MANY characters in World Showcase, Fantastic Plastics where you build your own FREE plastic robot in Innoventions, the free Coke place. They liked Spaceship Earth and Ellen's Energy Adventure ok. Probably their favorite thing in Epcot was the jumping fountain outside the Imagination pavillion.

We spent an entire day (9-6:30) in Future World and an entire afternoon in World Showcase. If you plan well and know what you're getting into, Epcot is a blast for little kids. Our first family trip when DD was 18 months we did no research and were just lost wandering around that huge park. We totally felt like we wasted a day of our trip.

Oh, duh, both kids really enjoyed making the kidcot masks in World Showcase and by actually going into each country we met all kinds of great characters. I highly recommend Epcot as long as you know what you're getting into!

My kids (5 & 8) absolutely loved Epcot. My 8 year old says it was her favorite of all the parks!
Collecting the stamps on the masks in World Showcase was a highlight and, I have to admit, we really enjoyed it too! We saw more of WS than we ever would have otherwise.
My girls LOVED tasting the international beverages - we could have spent an hour just watching people taste Beverly (sp?). They loved Innoventions, Soarin', M:S (5yo did it 5 times over the 8 days we were in WDW), Turtle Talk and the aquariums - actually - the only thing that was a problem was Honey I Shrunk. I was completely surprised when my 5 year old became frightened! (yes, the same one that did M:S 5 times!).

I love the openness of Epcot, the music, the lighting in the evening, the way the pavers sparkle after Illuminations on your way out. Love it, love it, love it!

Have a great time!
