We celebrated our son's 2nd birthday in October. We had dinner at the Garden Grill in Epcot. It was the most amazing experience for us all. Our reservations were for 7:50 so there was not many people in the restaurant. Our food was served quickly and it as Delicious. Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale came to our table at least 3 times each. Because there wasn't a lot of people there, our son got extra attention. He danced with Dale. (Hi Favorite) And somehow managed to have a converation with Mickey. I recommend a late reservation because after a while the characters left and we were able to enjoy our dinner w/o any interuptions. The food was served family style. It was steak, mahi mahi, turkey, stuffing, roasted potatos, and grilled veges. For dessert we had cherry cobbler. Both the food & the service was awesome. We will eat there again fo sure.

Thanks for the review! Looking forward to taking our nephew there later this month (while his parents enjoy a kid-free romantic dinner in France).

we went in June and it was our favorite character meal. We actually had chip, dale, mickey, and pluto all visit our table at the same time and got a great group photo with all of them and our kids! :dance3:We had blueberry cobbler, not cherry but it was DELICIOUS!!!! Fresh cream on it! We have ressies to go in another 2 weeks and can't wait to return!:woohoo:

......we are having our evening meal there on Christmas Day. :santa:

The characters weren't in holiday attire were they?

Thanks for the great review. DS7 requested this for our next trip. I was a little nervous with the mixed reviews. Now I feel better. :goodvibes

We ate there in December and I thought the food, service and setting were all wonderful. Plus, I enjoyed how the restaurant rotated and you get to have a partial view of "The Land" ride. Will definitely make it back there during our next trip. Oh, and I think the characters are always dressed as farmers. They were not dressed for Christmas while we were there.

We (me, hubby and nephew, 9) really enjoyed our dinner there last month. The salad was really fresh and tasty, and the flank steak & potatoes were particularly good. Hubby liked the fish a lot. Nephew chose to eat the adult food and cleaned his plate.

Our server was delightful and very attentive. She even offered to bring us another dessert (the cobbler with vanilla bean whipped cream) when we managed to eat the first one...we declined, LOL, but you really can have as much as you want to eat. We were intrigued by the wine list, but did not sample this time.

The characters were wonderful and very playful. Mickey blew his nose into my Dale hat. We saw them all a couple of times during our meal.

We will return.

The food was yummy and plentiful. The service was great too! The characters are dressed in farmer attire.....actually Mickey has on overalls and the rest of them have bandannas I believe.

I took lots of picutres of the characters - will have to post them tonight. We'd definately do Garden Grill again. It was a nice change and the characters were playful and stopped by 3-4 times while we were eating.

We have Easter dinner planned at Garden Grill.

EPCOT is a great park on Easter Sunday. EPCOT can hand large crowds and we do not need a 'fancy ham' dinner for Easter.

Garden Grill have never let us down ! :goodvibes

thanks for posting...I too have been reading mixed reviews and glad to get a positive one. This is one character meal we have not taken my son too and I'm glad we can add it to our May trip. Thanks again
