Epcot WS date night...EMH?

We know for sure one night in August we want DD to enjoy Lilo's Playhouse (she keeps insisting, actually ha ha) so we are thinking either we stay at the Poly and just hang at Trader Sam's, or tour the World Showcase and drink around the world. The playhouse includes food so we don't have to worry about dinner- we could just get to Epcot by 6 and do it all by 9, I suppose. But should we shoot for an evening EMH to get the most out of it, or is it not worth it? I'm guessing kiosks might be closing anyway?

We toured the world during evening EMH a few years ago, and it was so much fun. It will be a great "date" night!
