EPcot view at BCV

I called MS a few minutes ago and asked for a request of Epcot view upper floor to be added to my March ressies and the CM informed me due to construction that epcot view was no longer an option they could add to your ressie request. Has anyone else heard of this? And what construction would that be?

That's news to me. I'll be there soon and will post a report when I return. I know of the rehab of the BC store, but no idea what would cause them to not accept Epcot view request.

Could this have anything to do with the new Soarin exibit at Epcot??

I was told the same thing today when I switched part of our VWL stay to BCV
