Epcot touring with large group

12 of us will be at Epcot the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We have one 2 yr old shorter than 40", the rest are all tall enough for everything. 6 adults and 6 kids between 2 and 9 yrs old. This is my tentative strategy, but I'd love some input. I'd love to add SOAT, but I'm not sure who would do it and how to fit it in.

8:20 -at turnstiles
9:00 -6 people go to TT and I grab a Rider Switch with the baby
9:05 -Other 6 people go to Soarin, grab a RS and someone ride with the baby on The Land
9:40 -12 of us meet at Nemo or Turtle Talk, depending on the line. I've considered getting FP for TT for this window of time
10:00 Nemo or TTalk (with FP?)
10:45? Figment
11:15 Lunch at UK
12:00 Use Soarin FP for 6 that didn't go last time, getting a RS again (depends on FP window of course)
12:05 Use TT FP for those who didn't go last time, getting a RS again (depends on FP window of course)
12:45 Mission Space with FP for anyone interested while others hang out in exit area or Innov
1:15- 3:45 WS
3:45- TT with 2 RS passes
3:45- Soarin with 2 RS passes
4:30 Innoventions
5:15 Dinner at Morocco
9:30 Fireworks in front of Germany.

Am I being overly optimistic? I'm considering naps back at the offsite house after using the FP for TT & Soarin and then coming back around 5 to use the 2 sets of RS passes for TT & Soarin, eat and explore WS until fireworks.
