I promise not to do this for every day of my trip, but we are offsite and planning them day by day. Thought if I could get a critique for day 1 it might help me make sure I'm paying attention to the same things the other days :)
Trip is me/hubby/6 & 4 year old kiddos (first trip, only Epcot day in a 5 day trip, both kids are 44")

Epcot - Wed Nov 15th, Touring Plans has crowd level at a 4
Plan is basically to rope drop and then go until kids are running out of gas. Not staying super late bc we are going to attempt 8a rope drop at MK the following day. Kids are not nappers and we are staying offsite (WBC) so not doing midday breaks.

Rope Drop - Soarin'
Meet Disney Pals at Epcot (this is a priority for us, especially since its day 1 of our trip -no FPs available until late evening!)
Frozen Ever After
Akershus Reservationat 10:40 (think the almost 2 hours is enough time to do all of the above? If FEA line is crazy we can move this to after I figure?)
Meet Anna/Elsa and then wander our way around World Showcase after brunch. (assuming that will take around 2-3 hours? We can always stretch here, do some of the art activiites as a way to chill a little, have a snack, do the Agent P thing if kids seem to need more activity?)
Test Track FP+ for 1:20, thinking arriving closer to 2, so we can use this then Mission Space right after
Mission Space FP 2:30 FP+
Seas with Nemo & Friends
Spaceship Earth
Turtle Talk

I also have a 9:30am Spaceship Earth FP+ that I'm kind of using as a placeholder so when we are done with Mission Space we can eyeball any additional 4th FPs? No Spaceship Earth ones were available, and Turtle Talk sounds like a waste of one, so I figured Id rather dump one early in case we LOVED FEA or Soarin and maybe day of one will magically appear and we can use it to ride again in the late afternoon/early evening depending on moods? (I wont be using this strategy in other parks - just felt like there wasn't a ton I wanted to FP in Epcot)

Let me know what you think! You won't hurt my feelings! We are pretty used to booking it all over at 6 flags here, but trying to find a balance since it's going to be a 5 day marathon, not a sprint!

If RD is 9am your plan is aggressive bordering on impossible, especially with the age group you have. If both kids are as tall as you say.........wow? If you do Soar'in first then Meet Disney pals could be a 30+ min wait by the time you get back to it..........then by the time you get to Frozen.............nope not happening with a 10:40 resi at Akershus. Instead I suggest:

RD Disney Pals since its the family priority.............then over to Frozen..............if you have some time before the resi do the A&E M&G. Your Test Track and Mission Space FP's are set up well..........although not sure a 4 year will get Mission Space........and be sure to do the GREEN trip. Turtle talk is a wonderful attraction for younglings of the age you have :)

What ever you decide have a wonderful trip.

They really are! my 4 year old is super tall, and rides legit rollercoasters at 6 flags in Tx.
Thanks for the feedback! Good call on the morning, Touring Plans is showing the estimated wait time for Meet and Greet pretty low, but based on the FP+'s being gone so fast, guessing that one gets way longer. the brunch reservation is super important, so I guess we'll move the Soarin' somewhere else.

I agree with PP. I would choose one ride to RP and then head to Frozen. You can let Akershus know on your way to FEA that you have a reservation at 10:40 but are planning on riding FEA first.

If you have Flights of Passage FP's you could skip (WOW what heresy there) Soar'in....:P Alas that's one man's opinion.

Have a great trip!!

My initial feeling mirrored those above me, but after some thoughts, I'm not sure. The character's wait is usually 15 min or so in the first hour. They usually release you from RD about 10 min before 9, if you are actually at the front of RD, you could be out of Soarin by 9:15, in/out of Character Spot by 9:40. That would give you an hour to fit in FEA. It's a long walk, but if you walk quickly, it could be done.

Would it be smarter to afternoon FP Soarin and see how lines are in afternoon for Test Track or vice versa? I don't really have a strong preference for either, but thinking my kids might like Soarin' better? (But really I'm asking which line is worse - which should I FP and which should I chance standing in line for) There are a few afternoon FPs, I could do that around the time I do Nemo/Turtle Talk?

In that scenario we'd rope drop meet and greet then straight to Frozen, then brunch.

TT lines are notoriously longer than Soarin' lines, so, I personally, would do the following:

RD the meet and greet
Head directly to FEA - ride FEA, meet Anna and Elsa, eat at Akershus
walk around WS
keep your TT FP+ (you have until 2:20 pm so this should give you plenty of time to walk around WS)
Mission Space (do green as the others suggested. orange is super intense)
check wait times for Spaceship Earth (see if you can move this FP+ for after Mission Space) and Soarin' -
Don't break up Seas with Nemo and Turtle Talk with another ride in between as that's a lot of criss crossing.

I don't agree with some of the PP. Your plans are reasonable, but I'd make one switch.

If you're going to be at the park for rope drop, then go to the Character Spot first. That line can build fast and moves slow, especially because of FP+ coming through.

Then head to Soarin', since you're halfway there already (you pass Character Spot on the way to Soarin'). Line won't be too bad yet...the third theatre they added really helps.

My guess is that it'll be roughly 9:45-10:00am when you're done with those two. That should (not a guarantee, but likely) give you enough time to do FEA. There is no FP+ for FEA before 11am, so it's 100% standby. Every time we've gone in the early hours, we've never waited long at all. Longest we ever waited was 27 minutes, and that was in summer 2016, literally days after the ride opened. This past summer, we waited between 3 and 12 minutes each time. Doesn't mean your wait won't be longer, but I doubt it'll be super long if you're in line by 10:00am or so.

EDIT: The advice directly above from DisneyWishes14 is also very good if you want to do that. TT line gets long REALLY fast, so if you don't rope drop it immediately, you'll need a FP+

Right as you posted I actually grabbed a 3:30 Spaceship Earth so that should work!
