Yes, easy walk from TTC to Poly. We took advantage of the ease of walking.

It depends on where you're going as to what will be quicker/easier.

If you're going to 'Ohana or the Kona, the monorail will drop you on the same upstairs floor as the restaurants and just steps from either check-in desk.
Very convenient.

We have stayed at the Poly a few times, and we preferred getting off at the TTC, especially if it was a busier time of day for transportation. One of our favorite things about the Poly was being able to walk to the TTC and grab an express monorail to either MK or EPCOT.
