What are my transportation options from Epcot to the Poly?

Monorail!
Take the monorail to the TTC and then switch to the resort monorail. Very quick and easy.

You can also walk from the TTC to the Polynesian. Our room was on the TTC side of the resort (Tangaroa Terrace) so we walked several times rather than monorail it. Very relaxing but my boyfriend and I are walkers to begin with.

From the Poly to Epcot?

Shirley, you jest!

You could, if you wanted, take the launch to the MK, then get on either the resort or express monorail, then take that to the TTC and transfer to the Epcot line...that would have a LITTLE boat in it...but would add a lot of time to your commute.

Short answer - no.

quickest route using DT is monorail to TTC then jump on the resort trains. if You experience crowds, you can walk to poly from TTC.

great, another q then - our Ohana's ADR is at 7:55pm, what time would you leave Epcot , paying it safe?

There is no bus service between Epcot and the Magic Kingdom Resorts-it is Monorail only.
