Epcot to Flying Fish with ECV

I'm renting an ECV from an offsite company for the first time this year. I have read the sticky and I am still a little confused about the best way to get from Epcot to both the Flying Fish and Yachtsmen Steakhouse. I plan to use Disney transportation and will not have a rental car. Any advice please?

You can exit Epcot at the international gateway and drive you ECV to both the Yachtsmen and Flying fish. It is quite simple. You can also ride the boat.

I would give yourself at least 30 minutes if you just wheel yourself in your ECV. If you use the boats I would plan for more like an hour in case you have to wait a while for the boat. These are just guesses though, since I have not done any of this personally.

From Epcot International Gateway to FF is about a five minute drive in a ECV. If you have pedestrians with you, figure on taking ten minutes.

From IG go past the boats and up a hill. At the top of the hill turn left and it goes directly to the Boardwalk.

I stayed at Boardwalk Inn a couple of months after it opened. I was still very much a Disney novice at that point.

I checked into the hotel and about 9 pm went for a walk just to see what the Boardwalk was all about. I still remember my awe at just ending up right at Epcot. And back in those days they let anyone in the gates at 9pm so I even got to go in and see Illuminations.

It will be very easy like others have said.

If you go straight ahead at the top of the hill you will pass the Beach Club then the Yatch Club.
