Epcot Tier Changes?

Any thoughts or rumors on upcoming FP tier changes in Epcot once Ratatouille opens??

Better question is will it open with fastpass? If it does I expect it to join tier 1. I am thinking perhaps it and frozen will be tier 1.

I would expect Test Track to stay tier 1 as well but it would be nice to see Soarin drop to a tier 2

I think Rat goes to Tier 1 with TT and FEA, Soarin to Tier 2, and when GotG opens it slides into tier one and FEA drops to tier 2. TT is weather limited and has smaller cpacity and is still the most difficult FP to get at Epcot ( Though not bad with refresh). I can pull FEA anytime when everything is running.
