EPCOT ticket question

I know many moons ago their was an EPCOT after 5pm ticket. Does anyone know if that is still available??

And when it was available, it was generally limited, such as to Florida residents. It wasn't available to the general public.

There is an Epcot after 4pm Annual Pass - for Florida Residents only.
