Epcot this weekend

What time does the world showcase open up? Usually I remember it being around noon, but w/ it being the holiday season, I am not sure. We have never been there Christmas time, anything we HAVE to see?? Anyone know if Off Kilter plays this weekend??? My kids LOVE them!
