My wife and I will be down in Disney the first week of May. We are not on the dining plan and just have ADRs booked for dinners only. We are looking to find a place in Epcot one day to sit down for a lunch and have a drink and some sushi.

What place would you recommend in Epcot for this?

As the others posted when it comes to lunch and Epcot for sushi, Tokyo Dining. Personally I don't even think it is a compromise by going to Tokyo Dining. I actually find it to be very good. I would not call it as good as the place I go to every week for sushi, but still pretty good. :thumbsup2

1) You could always DIVE into the aquarium at The Seas and pick your own sushi.
2) Other than that, the above is your only Sit-Down (TS) choice.
:cool1:

If you try that, the next meal after sushi is likely a bologna sandwich on wonder bread and an apple.............in prison.

We ate at Teppan Edo, and I ordered maki. I assume it came from Tokyo Dining, since they share the building and same entrance. It was surprisingly, quite good. I would eat there again. It was better than the hibachi at Teppan Edo.
