Epcot strategy help

I would like to do 2 half days of Epcot.
One day at Future world.The next at World Showcase.
Where do you start in World Showcase? Left to right, middle.....?
and do you enter the park thru the back? or the front?
I understand things are generaly not open before 11 at the showcase. Thanks for any suggestions.

For where to start on your World Showcase day, I would base it on where you are staying. If you are staying at one of the EPCOT resort, then I would start in the middle. If you are not staying at one of the EPCOT resorts, then I would start on either the right(Canada) or the left (Mexico). I would make my decision based upon whether I felt like starting with a ride (Mexico) or whether I felt like starting with a movie (Canada). Then I would proceed to each country in turn ending at either Canada or Mexico, depending upon where I started. Does this make any sense? I think that I am even confusing myself.

I've always started from Mexico going to Canada, I don't think it really matters but I always go clockwise.

We always make reservations for dinner at the Steakhouse (Le Cellier???) in Canada--therefore, we go left, so we end up in Canada around dinnertime!!!
