Epcot Sparkling Dessert Party

Has anyone done the dessert party at Epcot recently? All the reviews I found are old and very negative. I'd love to hear from a more recent visit please. TIA

Me and the gf did it back in february and loved it, gf is gluten and nut free and they provided her with her own little sampling. They served champagne,prosecco, and a tasty rum punch. Not having to scope out a spot 1hr before illuminations was worth it by itself and the view was awesome.

there were none when we went.

They have high tables without seats. Some of the tables are near a railing that you might lean on. We did it last summer and loved it. We thought it was better than the Wishes party, even at the old lower Wishes prices. Lack of seating really wasn't much of an issue for us. We had to stand for all of the castle show and fireworks at the Wishes party anyway.

I find it hard to believe that "all" reviews were negative. Mine wasn't. We loved it. Going again 50 days.

Does anyone know when they will open this up for January? Just tried, and you can't pull up a calendar with dates past Dec.
