Epcot - solar powered lawn mower?

I read somewhere about a solar powered lawn mover in Epcot. Just wondering where it is and if we can see it mow?

I don't know if it's still there, or if it's only there periodically, but look over on the lawn by the Imagination pavilion (if you're standing on the rose garden pathway between World Showcase and Future World, near Canada. I've seen it from there).
