Epcot snacks

Are the violet lemonade and frushi (not sure on spelling) available all the time at Epcot? I have read many trip reports and have only seen them during food & wine and/or flower & garden. Sorry for the silly question. Thanks!

Only during F&G, as far as I am aware. Someone else please correct me if I'm wrong!
