Okay - I've got to decide on which Epcot Restaurant to go to and I have no idea which one to pick! We've been trying to eat at a different one each time we visit. We've done the one inside Mexico (San Angel?) , The Living Seas one and the Canadian Steakhouse.

My question is Which Epcot Restaurant is your favorite, and what do you like best about it? I'd love to hear what you guys think! :listen:

my favorites are: Marrakesh at morrocco, cos they have great entertainment, they are inexcpensive, and it's a different kind of cuisine than i can get other places--
and the sit-down in Japan - Teppenyaki i think? The chefs are very entertaining, I just love hibatchi-style restaurants.

We have done Marrakesh and Biergarten and enjoyed both. Marrakesh is back off the walkways, so a bit quieter (until the show starts). Really good food, really good service. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, and DH is extremely picky. Biergarten is buffet-style and much louder. Their show is really loud, and you may be seated at a table with strangers. We were put at a table for 6 with a family of 4. Can be strange, can be great...just something to know beforehand. We enjoyed this restaurant too. The food was really good...lots of choices even for people who don't want to try the traditional German food.

The next trip we're trying San Angel Inn and Teppanyaki, but so far, we've only done the above 2.

We've tried pretty much all of the restaurants at EPCOT. DH and I love the French restaurants. Guess we just love that type of food...the rolls they serve are truly European style...and most delicious.

DD and DS love the Italy and Germany restaurants.

We tried Teppanyaki in the Japan pavillion for the first time this December. DH is allergic to shell fish and had been afraid to try it for that reason. We notified them of his allergy and they were super good about it...no problems whatsoever.

We've enjoyed all of the restaurants, but our least favorites have been China, the steakhouse in Canada and the Rose & Crown in the UK pavillion. ::MinnieMo

Alfredo's, Chefs de france, Biergarten and Marrakesh are the next best from what you have already tried. We love them all.

Alfredo's and Chefs de France, the menus and atomosphere are wonderful, great service in both.

Biergarten, the buffet is outstanding, and you get a free show with your meal.

Marrakesh, food is outstanding and belly dancers/music for entertainment.

You can't go wrong with any of them.

Decisions, Decisions!!! We have a 9 year old and a 3 year old, so I'm thinking either Japan or Morrocco since they have entertainment also. Thank you all for your wonderful advice! :flower:

58 more days....... :moped:

If you don't go to Alfredo's in Italy, be sure to step inside and let the kids watch the pasta maker. They make their own pasta fresh at the restaurant and you can watch it being made in the lobby area. The person and machines are behind glass (I'm sure for sanitary reasons), but our kids always get a kick out of watching how it's done. ::MinnieMo

That's really neat! I'll be sure to take them to see that. Maybe it will inspire one of my boys (or even the DH) to try their hand at cooking one day! :rotfl:

We have made our own pasta at home (on occasion), and our kids 9 and 5 get a big kick our of seeing the huge batches of pasta they make at one time there. ::MinnieMo

I give Japan my vote!!! My children where 2 and 6 at the time, and it is their favorite. we eat there about 3 or 4 time while we are there.
We also eat the last lunch seating, same food, cheaper prices.

My family loves the Rose & Crown and the Biergarten. These are our two must-do restaurants at Epcot for every trip.

Biergarten is my favorite. The food is awesome. It is the only sitdown restaurant in Epcot we eat at.

We've eaten at Mexico (inside), China (which we enjoyed) and Biergarten (which was fun).

Anyone know if there is a place to check out the menus so we can decide where we want to try next?

Check out www.allearsnet.com. They have all of the menus, and the prices!

We are tying to decide on where to eat in Epcot too - We have tried Lecellier and loved it ! We are going to go to Teppanyaki in May but are debating between Biergarten and Marrekesh - I want to try both - LOL :flower:
