Aqua Seas Tour

For a special dad/daughter day during our October 2003 vacation I took my then 10 year old daughter. We had a great time.

The details (as I remember) were as follows: There were 3 other parents with daughters also. The group met outside the entrance to EPCOT sometime late morning/early afternoon. Park trickets were not required. The entire tour took about 3 hours. We got a "backstage" tour of the attraction which my daughter found very interesting. We were then sent into locker rooms to change into our wetsuits. One surprise was that we were lead through a door in the aquarium area through an crowds of visitors. We really got some looks parading through in our wetsuits. We were led up to the entrance to the aquarium and given instruction on our breating apparatus. You do get a real air tank and regulator, but since the vest is bouyant you don't need to be SCUBA accredited. (You can't dive below the surface.)

We spent about 20 minutes in the water swimming around. They also gave us each a picture and t shirt. It was some of the best money I have ever spent at WDW since my daughter will always remember it.
