EPCOT resorts: Beach, Yacht or Boardwalk??

We prefer YC because of the balconies. We could only book Boardwalk this time and was told some rooms have balconies. We like to enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the lake at the end of the day.

I believe that all BWI rooms have balconies. Every room we have stayed in had one. As for lake view I believe that all lake view rooms at BWI are concierge level. Here is the view from a BWI balcony a few years ago. Very quiet and peaceful.



Another year we had the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The year we splurged for a 1BR BWV our balcony looked right into the mouth of the Clown. We have always enjoyed the balconies.
