EPCOT recipes?

Does anyone know if there is someone I can contact regarding getting a hold of a recipe from one of the WS restaurants? I'd love to get a hold of a recipe from Nine Dragons!!

the only two I can see for Nine Dragons are Honey Sesame Chicken and Canton Beef, hope its one of those two you want!

If those aren't the ones I'd just ring Disney Dining Reservations and ask them who would be the best person to speak to, i'm sure they'll be able to help!

Thanks! I was actually looking for the recipe for the sweet and spicy cucumber salad, though.

I hate to call up and bother the restaurant with a recipe request, I was hoping there might be an email.. Oh well!
