Are there any other venues out there in Epcot where you can have an evening reception besides Living Seas? The guest list is between 50-60.

I had the AA Vip room at Epcot. Not too sure of the maximum numbers for there though. I would probably say 50, but could be wrong.
There is the AA Rotunda also.
I think we were also offered a room at Norway . But heard the AA parlour was much nicer. It was very elegant, and had a lounge area and dining room. My guests loved it!
We also had the chance to go outside to watch the illuminations.

Another Epcot location is the China Pavillion, although I am not sure what the min/max # of people for that location is.

Janine~ Did you have an intimate wedding or a custom?

You can do an outdoor reception at EPCOT as well. We're doing ours at French Island - there are a few limitations on what you can serve being outside, but they will set up tables and chairs with linens and a buffet. We'll stay out there for Illuminations.

We saw a wedding taking place out front of Italy (the patio area accessed by bridge). It was so beautiful!

I know that the max for the AA parlor is 50 people...and if you want dancing or music it lowers the max. We were going to use that room at one point, before we changed to an Intimate Wedding, and if we were going to have a DJ the max was somewhere around 30 people. I think Heidi said that they can remove the furniture in the seating area to make more space, or have dancing out there, but there is like a $1500 furniture removal fee. This of course was about a year or so ago, so I don't quite know how that goes now, but this is what I was told once upon a time.

if you check the updated disney weddings website and the wishbook they have beautiful pics of different epcot locations. The china pavillion pics are gorgeous but it's a 75 person minimum...however i'm sure if you really wanted it you could pay a small fee for having less than 75. I think it says the reception can start at 6 pm so you could always go outside to watch illuminations too.

The min. for AA pavilion is 100, so that could be out, unless they'll waive the minimum. They might, if you spend enough $$ in other places! ;)
