We will be going to Epcot on Aug 21 with 2 almost 5 year old girls they are not picky eaters. We will be doing a PPO breakfast at garden grill and want to do a quick service late lunch early dinner sometime probably around 3pm. Where would be a fun/good place to go with the girls? Or maybe some healthy snacks for us to try too?

Our favorite CS meals at Epcot are at Tangierine Cafe and Sunshine Seasons. Both have very good options to choose from and some healthier options as well. If your kids are not picky eaters those two places will be great to try something other than the standard chicken nuggets or hamburgers that seem to be on every other CS menu.

Unfortunately I really can't think of any "fun" QS places at Epcot. I agree with the PP that Tangierine Cafe is really good and has some healthier options, plus it's not your typical QS food. Sunshine Seasons also has some good, healthier options but I have two issues with Sunshine Seasons. First it is typically always packed and just feels chaotic to me. Second, when I am at Epcot I really want to eat something from the various countries, not eat basic American food. It's still a good option, we just choose to eat someplace a bit more interesting in World Showcase.

The Katsura Grill in Japan is a good choice if your kids like teriyaki. The seating outdoors is beautiful and peaceful. Koi ponds and Japanese gardens are nearby, and if the drummers are playing, you can hear them.

I would not bother with kid's meals, but get an adult chicken teriyaki and an extra plate to split between them. It comes with steamed white rice. Or if they like noodles better, there is ramen.

I agree with disneyvoice, anywhere in WS is a good place. We don't eat at Sunshine Seasons either because of the crowds and why do it when you have so many option in WS. You can't go wrong anywhere you choose there so just decide on the fly.

We really like Les Halles des France. The food is really good and they have lovely indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is also great ice cream right next door. Tangierine Cafe is also very good if you like Middle Eastern food.

Thanks! France or Tangerine sounds nice I wonder if it would be hard to get a seat inside worried about it being really hot or rainy at that time of day to eat outside...

I agree with France and Tangerine...both are great options! All depends on what you feel like eating.

Tangerine should not be hard to find a place to eat inside. France may be a little harder, but if you are doing a late lunch/early dinner, then you should not have a problem finding a seat. We go over the holidays and we have always found something to eat at inside. Note that they have plenty of standing tables in the back that work just as well.

Our favorites are Les Halles and Tangierine Café, but IMHO it's hard to find a bad option in EP for QS.
