Epcot Question

Ok, I am sure that I missed something here... several years ago Epcot introduced a parade that went through the nations (I believe it was called Tapestry of Nations). I saw it one time and now I have never seen them have this parade again. Does anyone know why they got rid of it?

I believe the parade was tied to the new millenium and probably just didn't fit anymore. Just my guess.

I believe it had to do with the size and weight of the puppets used. The parade used huge puppets controlled by people and I heard they were too heavy...lots of injuries.

Plus, the parade made moving around through WS difficult.

That was such a wonderful parade! I really missed it this time around. I think it was the best parade I've ever seen at WDW.
