Havent been in a few years. Wondering - what now occupies the building that used to be the General Electric pavillion?

Horizons, sponsored by GE, was torn down! It was my favorite attraction at Epcot, too.

A new attraction called Mission Space is supposed to open sometime in 2003.

yes, last time I was there GE was closed 'for a future attraction' but the building was still there. It was my fave as well.

I am all for Mission Space. Epcot needs another new ride. However, I really agree why did they have to tear down Horizons? Couldnt they have just build Mission Space in another location? Horizons was still a fun ride especially for children and any first time Epcot people.
