We are nearing the window to make PS's for our upcoming trip, and I was wondering how difficult it is to make a PS for the Epcot Princess Breakfast. Is it as hard as Cindy's? Should I plan to be up at the crack of dawn to call?

Any and all help/tips are greatly appreciated!:)

Don't think it's as crazy as Cindy's because Akershus is much bigger in terms of seating capacity. I would still get up early to have the best possible chance at a time that you want.

I made our PS's with plenty of time and had no problem. I think it's crowded but not Cindy's crowded. Plus don't forget a new Cinderalla dinner is going to be hapening at GF starting in January.

We just got back from our 12/4-11 trip. (Now we are planning xmas and our DD's 1st birthday party 12/27 so we have been nuts.). We booked the princess breakfast at Epcot as soon as we could. I met a couple at Epcot who could not get ressies for CRT or the Norway one. A CM told us that the breakfast is becoming very hard to book.

We loved both brekfasts. Belle at Norway was wonderful. I wasn't sure we'd enjoy it. They were both different and great in their own ways.

Despite posts, I found the food at both places to be fantastic. The little chocolate muffins at CRT were awesome and the cinnamon rolls at Norway were to die for.

Norway is really not as big as it looks, and we were there in 12/10 and they were booked solid.

I just had to changed my PS for the Princess Breakfast and had no problem what so ever in getting the day I wanted only 36 days out (I think you can book 120 days out for this one) I did have to be a little flexible on the times. Now we are going on the off season as well and maybe that had something to do with it, but I think it is still easier than CRT!

We were one those posters who had a bad PSB experience. The morning we were there the food was terrible, undercooked and barely passable. I didn't even recall cinnamon rolls and we were only there a few days before Tink was.

The service was not too good either. (I requested some warm milk for my dd's oatmeal that I brought with me because she doesn't like eggs, but I would have never let her eat the food we were served anyway), the server couldn't fulfill that "special request"....luckily I had a peanut butter sandwich with me to give her and despite that I still had to pay $9.99 for her which I was prepared to do, but I think I still could have gotten warm milk for her for that.

I barely ate a thing, I guess $30 for Juice and coffee and some princesses swinging by the table 30 minutes after we got there in a 5-7 minute whirlwind was enough to keep me from going back especially when I haven't heard back from WDW yet after explaining our experience. I was quite disappointed.

This was the first complaint I've ever had with a WDW restaurant. A friend who also went to this breakfast some months back also thought it was terrible. But, many posters have posted having great experiences. I wouldn't get up early to get it, I'd try for CRT's first if you're going to wake up early. I'm hoping the new Cinderella dinner will be better, we're trying that next trip. That has a better chance since the dinner has been around just with different characters. Good luck, all of them are worth trying at least once.

Thanks for all of the responses! They were all very helpful!

Just wanted to add my experience with PSB from three weeks ago. I almost cancelled it because of some of the bad reviews on this board but I am glad I didn't. We had a lovely time. Was it the best food I have ever eaten? No. Is it worth the price? No, not even with the princesses buzzing around. Would I do it again? It depends. I am planning a short trip in June with 2 of my sisters who I know will just be enthralled with any princess breakfast so I will book PSB and try to switch to CRT at the 60 day mark.

I am glad I tried PSB because we had a good time - as well as a bit of a surprise. Cindy was at our breakfast that day! I mentioned to her that I didn't think she appeared at anyone's castle but her own and she explained to me (very confidentially) that Snow White had to stay at home with one of the dwarfs that was sick and she was filling in for her. It was so cute. Our food was hot and plentiful. I thought the eggs were good, the potatoes were tasty and the cinnamon rolls were yummy too. I would have preferred bacon over sausage but the sausage was just fine. Our server was polite and efficient although she seemed kinda nervous. The price is the big turn off for me. $100 for 4 people?! With a hubby who could have cared less and 2 teen boys who wanted out of there, it was not the greatest experience for me. Hopefully my two sisters will be more in the "princess" state of mind required for one of these meals.

I still look forward to trying CRT one day but PSB is a good alternative in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Like the others, we had no problem booking. Now I'm getting ready to cancel, we got in at CRT.
