EPCOT PM EMH help neede

I was wondering, and can't seem to find an answer...

During EPCOT PM EMH, I know what attractions are open, but can't find out if the pavillions at World Showcase are open late, like Canada, Japan, Morocco, etc. Are they? Hoping to go just for a walk around the world, and do KIDCOT with my DS. Help?

PS. I know the crowds might be heavy, but that's why I only want to do a walk about WS.

This past January, we had Epcot pm EMH and the pavilions were closed, but I think things have changed 'cause Maelstrom is on the EMH list now and that's in Norway.

Anyone know for sure or firsthand?

I know Maelstrom and El Rio Del Tiempo are open PM EMH, but are the pavillions for shopping? And is KIDCOT?

Going in mid-SEP, trying to plan. Thanx in advance.

When we were there in February, they had a rope blocking off the World at Norway. You were not allowed to walk around any further. Not sure where it was blocked off on the other side. They might have changed it since then but at that time, you were not allowed to walk around the entire lake and the shops were closed.
