with frozen opening up now for my trip, I am completely clueless about what to do now and in what order

epcot will only be a half day for us after visiting animal kingdom in the afternoon. (at this point in the game, I would be really nervous about changing my plans all around messing with fp for the other parks.

so please help.
right now, my plan is to arrive at epcot by around 1:30.
current fp and dinner plans are
1. meet mickey (2:10)
2. frozen 3:20
Ackerhus 5:20
3. mission space 625

we would like to fit in soarin if at all possible (hoping somehow to find a way with the 3rd theater)
test track would be a bonus but I know it probably would't be possible to do this and soarin on a limited time frame.

the only other thing we truly care about is turtle talk with crush and the seas with nemo.

anything else we can do would be a bonus.

Note, I chose the mickey meet b/c i know it's "harder to get" compared to the other tier 2 passes. however, we do have chef mickey on one day, and minnie summer dinner at H.S. Should I cancel this fp and replace it with nemo or just use this time to get in line right away for soarin?

Help me experts Please!!!!

I think that first of all, if Nemo really matters to you then you should definitely replace Mickey with Nemo. This is assuming your kids/family are not crazy about character pictures. Personally, Chef Mickeys and Minnie Summer would suffice but I know some people would still want the pictures in Epcot. Second of all, trying to fit in Soarin will be possible if you go after dinner and are okay with doing that last and just waiting in the line, no matter how long. I think that if you are willing to stay in the park later, you could also get away with TT in the single rider line (or maybe even the regular line) after Soarin. I wouldn't try either of these early in the day when you get there because they will probably be insane. Also, I would re-consider the Mission Space FP so close to your dinner. That ride would not be my first choice immediately after a big dinner. I have NO idea what FP availability is like for you right now, but I would try something like this:

1:30- Arrive
1:35- Spaceship Earth (since it's right when you walk in, as long as the wait is under 20 minutes) **If you get to park late skip this and try to ride when you are leaving**
2:15- FP Mission Space (I would try for a FP that's 1:30-2:30, and ride on the tail end of your FP time frame)
3:00- FP Nemo (I would try for a FP that's 2:30-3:30)
After Nemo- Turtle Talk
4:20- FP Frozen (I assume you have from 3:20-4:20...)
After Frozen- Explore World Showcase (don't stray TOO far from Norway so you won't have to rush back)
5:20- Akershus
After dinner- get in line for Soarin (time to digest in the hopefully not too long line!)
After Soarin- Living with the Land (in same building as Soarin, usually a walk on ride- definitely worth it IMO)
After LWTL- Look at Test Track standby and single rider line

This allows you to get many things in that matter to you all before dinner which I think will make you feel accomplished and then only leaves the two big rides for after dinner. That way you don't waste the afternoon time standing in a long line and only going on 1-2 things.

Now, I don't know the ages of the people in your party or how late you like to stay in the parks, and I know that AK earlier in the day will be tiring. I also realize that the FP windows available now might not totally match up, and I might be off with your Frozen FP window, BUT this plan involves no crazy walking back and forth across the park, and allows you to still fit a good amount in! As long as you're willing to wait for Soarin and the lines for the smaller stuff (like Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land) are not insane, this is definitely do-able- though slightly ambitious. Just my two-cents for you!

thank you. this is the kind of stuff I'm looking for!.

update i was able to switch my frozen fp and mission space

so the current set up is as follows
arrive around 1:30
1. fp meet mickey 2:10
2. fp mission space (3:10-4:10) (none were availabe earlier in the day that mj suggested)
3. fp frozen (4:20-5:20)
4. akerhus dinner (5:20)

there are fp available for nemo in the 2:00 window so I could easily replace mickey.
now when I originally made the fp with mickey, i did so because I'm under the belief a meet n greet would is slower moving than a ride.

how is the line for nemo? think we could fit in in after dinner and soarin? maybe try to do that as soon as we get there before Mickey meet?

still not optimistic about test track. we can't do the single rider line (daughter is only 5).

The thing about Meet Mickey is that even with a FP there can still be a good wait if you arrive when they are holding the FP people for a while and letting the standby riders through. It's just a slow moving attraction in general so while a FP saves time it can still be long. However, Nemo does not typically have a line longer than 20 minutes so you could really fit in anywhere. With that being said, it's really your call at this point. I think you would be okay if you did Meet Mickey FP, Nemo standby, some Turtle Talk (you want to do it after Nemo because they are so close to each other and this way you avoid walking back and forth), then Mission Space FP around 4:10. This is all assuming none of the lines are crazy long and this plan probably wouldn't allow for an extremely long stint at Turtle Talk. If you don't mind walking you could do Nemo before Mickey, then walk back for Turtle Talk after Mickey and then go to Mission Space. As for Test Track I would stay mildly optimistic but definitely know in the back of your head that it might not be possible :(

So here is an updated schedule with the "extra" stuff in there. This still involves no walking back and forth!

1:30-
Arrive
1:35- Nemo
1:55- Turtle Talk
*Is Mickey from 2:10-3:10??*
2:30- FP Meet Mickey
3:10- FP Mission Space
3:45- Boat ride in Mexico on the way to Norway (can't think of name, quick walk on)
4:20- FP Frozen
After Frozen- Explore World Showcase (don't stray TOO far from Norway so you won't have to rush back)
5:20- Akershus
After dinner- get in line for Soarin (time to digest in the hopefully not too long line!)
After Soarin- Living with the Land (in same building as Soarin, usually a walk on ride- definitely worth it IMO)
After LWTL- Look at Test Track standby line
On way out of park- Spaceship Earth (almost guaranteed no line at this point)
