I had asked for journal boxes in A and borders in B before you posted this. Can you just switch me to Borders in A and Journal Boxes in B? I checked again & no one is signed up for either of those for group Creativity.

Also, I realized that I duplicated themes...can we just switch the groups? That would make it Mexico for Vision and China for Creativity. Sorry!

I swapped your themes so you have Mexico for Vision and China for Creativity. Your elements for Creativity are Group A: Borders and Group B: Journal Boxes.

For Team Vision, you are confirmed for Group A: Borders but tags have been selected in both groups. Do you have another element you would like to do?

What if I switch matted poem or song from Group B and paper piecing in Group A of Creative group. Does that make sense? Will that work? If not I will find something else. No problem! Thanks so much!

The issue is with Team Vision. You are confirmed for a Group A: mini file folder but your first choice of matted poem in Group B is taken. I need you to select another element for Group B of the Team Vision swap.

You're good to go! This isn't that bad to organize. In my job as Volunteer Coordinator for Make-A-Wish Foundation in Sacramento, CA, I coordinate over 800 volunteers for more than 200 events and 200 wishes each year. You ladies are a joy to work with!
